Privacy Policy for Teleporter.dk App

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data for the provision of relocation services through its Teleporter.dk mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). The App collects the User's email addresses, SMS, or MMS messages for the purpose of communication with the User regarding the use of the App, execution of agreements and contracts, and processing requests and applications from the User.

 

2.1.5. Photos

The App collects photos that the User uploads for the purpose of providing relocation services.

 

2.1.6. Contacts

The App collects the User's contacts for the purpose of providing relocation services.

 

2.1.7. History of Actions in the App

The App collects the User's installed apps, including the details and performance data, bug reports, diagnostics, and other application data for the purpose of diagnosing and eliminating errors that have occurred.

 

2.1.8. Device IDs or Other Identifiers

The App collects the User's device IDs or other identifiers, including the specifications for hardware and software used, for the purpose of providing, managing, and developing the services provided by the App.

 

2.2. The Service does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third-party websites, to which the User can follow the links available in the App.

 

2.3. The Service does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the User and is not able to assess their legal capacity. However, the Service assumes that the User provides reliable and sufficient personal information and keeps this information up to date.

 

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

 

3.1. The Service collects and processes only the personal data that is necessary for the provision of the services or execution of agreements and contracts with the User, except in cases where the law provides for mandatory storage of personal data for a period specified by law.
